Grosvenor House is a hotel in the Mayfair area of London. The hotel is owned by the Sahara Group and the name has also been licensed to a property in Dubai. The Hotel is managed in London by Marriott International. Frequented by royalty, celebrities and business leaders since its opening in 1929, the historic Grosvenor House became a JW Marriott Hotel in September 2008 at the culmination of its restoration. Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree in Hotel Management / Post Graduate Course (Any Specialization)
Minimum of 5 years experience
Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
Managerial experience in a fast food franchise such as KFC, McDonalds, Burger King etc. is desirable
Good understanding of P & L (Profit & Loss) responsibility
Excellent interpersonal & people management skills
Good understanding of inventory Management
If already experienced in any YUM! brands, should have completed 1-30 Modules

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales/ local store marketing activities/ hiring/training and overall micro level smooth running of the restaurant business
Closely coordinate with the franchisor and ensure compliance as per Yum! guidelines
Managing relationship with internal (peer, subordinates etc) and external (suppliers , agencies, service providers etc)and customers
Conduct necessary due diligence on the potential sites worth acquiring and following up on the closing of an acquisition
Qualifications
Previous experience as head operations /General Manager, preferably of a restaurant company with full Profit and Loss (P & L) responsibility
A proven track record of successfully building /running a business, as an operations head
Ability to build a complete and strong management team
Real estate acquisition experience
Hotel Management graduate with an M.B.A with 15 years of experience, out of which the last five years should have been in a leadership position

Job Description:
As Manager of this new Tex-Mex restaurant concept, you will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations. In addition to working hands on as Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Recruit, hire, and oversee training and scheduling for staff
Maintain relationships with customers and staff
Evaluate & maintain health and safety practices and standards
Record information about inventory and health practices
Monitor and oversee purchases, menus, staff, and payroll
Perform administrative activities such as scheduling, budgeting and payroll
Communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers
Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service
Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services
Check quality of deliveries of fresh food in event Chef not available
Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards
Monitor food preparation, food quality, costs and presentation with Chef
Other daily operational tasks as may be required by owners or principals
Be able to work day or evening shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
Job Criteria:

Education: Diploma / Certificate preferred
Experience: 2+ years as CASUAL Restaurant or Assistant Manager
Languages: English mandatory, others beneficial
